Cancellation Policy

All of our products can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order is unpaid, you can easily cancel your order by yourself. If your order has been paid, you can contact our customer service to cancel your order.

Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

Cancellation before payment

  2. send copy of your order receipt with order number that you would like to cancel.
  3. Add “Delete this order” in the subject field and confirm that you want to cancel it.

Cancellation after payment

– Orders cancelled within 24 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund.
– Orders cancelled beyond 24 hours after payment confirmation will be eligible for partial refund consisting of full shipping cost and 50% of product purchase price.
– Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

Attention

  1. If the item you received is not exactly correct at our website described then you can e-mail tosupport@GenieBags.comto request a RETURN or EXCHANGE within 15 days
  2. The written request must include the Order Number and the Item Code(s) to be returned, the reason for the return: refund or color exchange, and an explanation and photographs stating the reason.
  3. Once your request has been approved, our customer service will offer you the return address (not the location address or the parcel address). Please send the item back to the return address as soon as possible and then send us the tracking number.
  4. All the return item(s) will go through inspections. We will reship the right one or process the refund when we confirm that the product has the problems you mentioned.
  5. If you have any problem not stated above, please e-mail tosupport@GenieBags.comwithin 15 days from the delivered date, including an explanation and photographs stating the reason for your request.
